Summer of 2019; Tenerife

The Kleinjan family explored another amazing place, we went to Tenerife. Unfortunately without Robin and Armin, they had to work. We were there for one week and it was amazing, gorgeous and warm. But there was more; Tony Romas was on the island as well, to be more precise it was almost next to our hotel. If you don't know it, this is a great spare ribs restaurant, big in the US but not that many restaurants in Europe unfortunately. Everyday we had a different adventure and everyday someone would get sunburned. 😏 These are the cool things we did while we were there; buggy ride (3 hours), jet ski excursion (2 hours), parachuting behind boat, fly boarding, UFO behind boat, and sofa behind boat. I loved each and everyone of these things. In the evening we played lots of games and drank too many cocktails. A few times we had great massages at the spa of the resort in pairs of two. I went with my mum, Rob and Hugo together and of course Ailsa and Jack together. Some of the things we did I'll repeat in future vacations, others I am probably not going to try again. My favourite was probably the fly boarding as I had never done it before and it was a lot of fun. I was also impressed with my dad on the fly board, and so was the guy who helped us. I would love to go back to Tenerife, because although we did so many things I feel that there was still so much more to see and do. Thank you to my parents for yet another amazing vacation and taking me to somewhere new in the world, that I hadn’t explored yet.
